New Path Housing Eligibility Requirements
A few considerations before applying for the Affordable Housing Program
New Path Housing is suitable for physically independent adults.
Due to the shared living environment, pets are not allowed in our homes.
Must have a guaranteed verifiable source of income (SSI/SSDI, Veteran Benefits, Program rental assistance, paystub etc.).
New Path Housing is strictly drug and alcohol free.
New Path Housing is not an assisted living facility and there is no on-duty staff available to assist with daily personal care needs or cooking services.
Must adhere to a noise curfew after 10pm and be willing to abide by all of New Path Housing Rules.
The client application is for the wait list and is based on bed and room availability. It does not guarantee a secured room. Once your application has been received, a staff member will be in contact with you soon.
