WELCOME TO NEW PATH HOUSING!
We are a faith-based community centered residential program with homes located within the Birmingham, AL area with shared and private furnished rooms for a low-cost monthly rent which includes all paid utilities through our Affordable Housing Program. Our homes offer a clean, structured, shared living environment and are designed to support those in need on a path to self-sufficiency and stability. Our clients are independent adults with low-income/fixed income, individuals with disabilities, seniors, ex-offenders, and military veterans from diverse backgrounds.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

We welcome clients in need of housing and look forward to your move-in. However, please first see our eligibility requirements below to see if you qualify for The Affordable Housing Program.
Clients must be age 18 or older
Physically Independent
Must be able to climb stairs
Must be able to self administer medications (if applicable)
No alcohol or drugs allowed on premises
Must adhere to a noise curfew after 10pm
Willing to abide by all of New Path Housing Rules
Must have a guaranteed verifiable source of income (SSI/SSDI, Medicare/Medicaid, Veteran Benefits, agency program voucher, rental assistance)

New Path Housing welcomes adult individuals who are physically independent, and seeking affordable housing in their time of need. We accept SSI, SSDI, 3rd party payees, agency program vouchers and private pay.
